Rock County Jumpstart empowers Black and minority business owners by providing comprehensive resources, mentorship, and access to capital, fostering economic growth and innovation. We are dedicated to building an inclusive entrepreneurial ecosystem that supports Black and Latino entrepreneurs through accelerator programs, STEM education, and strategic partnerships.

OUR VISION

Rock County Jumpstart will be the leading entrepreneurial hub in the Rock County, WI area that increases access to capital and expands opportunities for Black and minority-owned businesses. Through the launch of the Lotus Center and the expansion of our STEM program for business owners, we aim to create a thriving, sustainable ecosystem that empowers entrepreneurs in Rock County and across the state to achieve long-term success and contribute to local and regional economic development.
